1975年10月7日生まれ。9歳でテニスを始め、名門柳川高校を経て、インターハイ、全日本ジュニアなどジュニアタイトルを総なめにする。18歳でプロに転向し、国内外のツアーで転戦。デビスカップ代表にも選出され、96年、00年にはオリンピックにも出場。05年のAIGジャパンオープンでは、鈴木貴男とともに日本人初のATPダブルス優勝を果たす。また同年12月の全日本選手権では単複優勝を飾った。

こんばんは。今日は予選２回戦がありました、結果はタイの１６歳の選手に６４６２で勝ちました。まだミスは多いですが１６歳にしてはうまい選手だと思いました。明日は強敵の予選の第１シードのバステル選手です。なんとかして勝ちたいです、これからじっくり作戦を立てたいと思います。それではおやすみなさい。

I agree with this completely. I don’t nap, but I started practising the Alexander Technique at the beginning of the year and that suggests a 20 minute lie down at some point in the day to realign your body, which is akin to meditation. I did it reluctantly at first because my Inner Boss demanded I be busy, busy, busy, but after the first couple of times, I noticed a complete change in my afternoon alertness. Now I get antsy if I miss it.

Reposting because I did not check the boxes at the bottom. It would help to know if other boxers have pinkish ears, they do change color at different times of the day & mood. Maybe she is just “blushing & her ears pink up not her furry cheeks like me!!” LOL!
